  I added a line to my account and told the sales rep to add insurance. Well 3 weeks later i broke my device and did the insurance clame but they denied me because the insurance was added on the 22nd and not on the 15th of the purchased date when to store and everyone was been rude.

  Went in looking for a replacement screen replacement for my Galaxy S8 Active. This was my 3rd stop and I was getting slightly annoyed. Rozalyn and her co worker(sorry I didn't catch her name) were very helpful and just all around pleasant. They gave a great solution to my problem and made me 100% less annoyed. Definitely appreciate great customer service. Thank you ladies for such a great experience.
