  This company is horrible. They are used by AHS and took over a week to make an appointment for the service order. They got to our order (which was placed 8/6/2015) on 8/13/2015. We then had to wait until 8/19/2015 for them to even turn in their diagnosis so that we could move forward with the order. I could not even switch vendors due to AHS's "protocol" which required feed back from them. When I spoke with the tech myself she informed me that she had "over looked" our order but had just sent it off. This was after 2 hours on the phone with AHS and several unanswered calls to Pre- Owned. Avoid at all cost!
