    When I came in two of the staff members that were there acted as if I didn't even exist. One of them was taking care of a customer at the register but instead of saying "please wait" or "what do you need?" or "give us a second" he completely ignores me, although i am standing next to the costumer and not behind to the customer he is talking to. In the meantime, the other staff member kept organizing stuff on the shelves. The staff member that was helping the customer walks out of the store with the customer, passes by me and keeps ignoring me. At this point I am the only customer inside the store. I get tired of waiting so I go to the shelves and look for something while I wait for somebody to acknowledge my existence. After almost 10 minutes of feeling like a ghost, a third staff member passed by me ignoring me too. I walked out of the store decided to leave but I couldn't because the battery of my car was dead. so I had to jump start my own car at their parking lot with an other battery that I had and then I walk into the store again and I ask the lady staff member if somebody could help me. And instead of saying "sure mam how can I help you" she scolds me and tells me that I walked away, when she never actually came to me and asked me if I needed anything. To her the lack of willingness to help on their part is my fault. Now she's aggravated because my tone of voice is upset and she tells me that we have to wait until the other guy finishes helping the other customer (parked next to my car) so I have to keep waiting. Apparently nobody else can take care of me as a customer although already 3 of their people saw me and I counted at least other three stuff members in the back. At this point I am very upset and I walk out of the store and get in my car and when I'm about to drive away she comes out ready to finally help me. I declined her help and she says in a sarcastic way "have a good day." I do not understand why I was not treated with respect . Minutes after that I drove to AutoZone and to my surprise two staff members actually helped me and have been very very polite and very helpfuhelpful.

    Place is garbage. The parts from there are junk. The employees that work there do not care if they inconvenience you. I do not know how any automotive parts stores can afford to stay in business. If I wanted careless service I’d order my auto parts from off the internet. I guess that’s what I’ll be doing from now on. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My review is based off of two different stores located in Killeen, Texas.
