  These people are scammers. They advertise that they will warranty the appliances you purchase--until you're signing the purchase agreement. THEN suddenly they can't give the warranty because they're moving, etc. Once you've paid for delivery and installation, you're told it's going to be 3 to 6 business days. Okay. They call the day of delivery to say it stopped working SO they're going to send another appliance. Can you say "Bait and switch?" The fridge side works, but the freezer doesn't. No warranty, no refunds. Even though THEY broke the contract. Should be run out of business for taking advantage of people, not to mention the scams and deceptions.

  If I could I would not give any stars!!! Do not buy from this place ! Especially don't buy a Samsung! I'm sure they know they have so many issues and the 100 day warranty is bs! I got a brand new was and dryer and my dryer stopped working and now I'm screwed... cause I couldn't find my receipt and they supposedly don't have on had her accountant has it but It don't matter cause I still need urs lol...so yea now I need to fix my dryer even though mine is just a few months old! And they wanna charge a arm and a leg to fix it ! So if u wanna buy something brand new buy it from a place that has a long warranty! Like sears! And don't buy Samsung dryer! I wish I would have just bought it at Sears! But you learn
