After Protex appliance went almost 4 months without fixing my dryer after they took my money in advance and failed to order the part, Killeen Appliance Repair came in within 48 hours of calling them with the part in hand and fixed my dryer within 15 mins of arriving. The senior Tech, Darnell, was very patient, professional, and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to prevent the same issue in the future. Thx K.A.R. for your service.
