You get what you pay for. One of my favorite shirts damaged & had to call KPD & my husband to get a refund and to get the shirt back to try to fix it because it's discontinued & they refused. I even had to wait days after they promised for it to be ready!!! Got a refund of the sale price after they kept the shirt & the other 2 items that came back(still soiled in the same spots & holes from their safety pins) & dry cleaning fee after escalating & they kept my shirt because apparently that's allowed. Is this right for someone to now become owners of your property when they refund a discounted price of the item which can't be replaced? Horrible!!!! #ezcleanersisNOTeasyatall#headache
