  Worst customer service EVER!!! I pulled up to the out side lane where there is a sign that says full service available in both lines. I get to the speaker box and the lady asks pick up or drop off to which I respond pick up. She then informs me I need to move to other lane. I do as she asks putting me behind another car. I sat there for 25 MINUTES AND THE CAR WOULDN'T MOVE! SHE NEVER EVEN HANDED ANYTHING TO HIM!! The car finally moves and never even handed anything to the window or got anything handed to him!!! When I get to the window I try to ask the lady management information and she COVERS UP HER NAME TAG AND REFUSES TO GIVE ME THE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION!!! I only gave one star but had to do that to leave a review DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!
